Introducing our new Co-CEO

We are thrilled to share that we have welcomed Meghan Stevenson-Krausz to the team as a full-time Co-CEO.

Meet Meghan

Meghan is joining the Diversity VC team full-time after spending the last two years as our LatAm Chapter Lead, spearheading our entry into the region and launching the first data report ever in Latin America to look at intersectional diversity (read it here). She has embodied the Diversity VC mission and vision since day one, bringing attention to diversity, equity & inclusion in LatAm and internationally.

Originally from just outside Philadelphia, Meghan spent her university years in the UK before returning to the US to start her career. Always motivated by impact, she has worked in as diverse fields as gender equity and fintech investing, as well as done archival research for a documentary on Bill Nye the Science Guy. Most recently, she built INCA Ventures, a Lima-based VC fund focused on investing in underrepresented entrepreneurs in the Andean region.

With experience across nonprofits and VC, as well as across all of our geographies, there is no one better suited to help lead Diversity VC forward into our next stage.

We’re excited to share even more news in the coming weeks. Keep an eye on your inboxes for more information on our UK data & research, Future VC 2024, and more!
